Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. We will not process your order if payment is unsuccessful.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and carrier performance.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging in accordance with pharmaceutical storage requirements. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of prescription medicines and legal requirements governing their handling.
